Who Are JC & Sarah?

We are a husband/wife real estate team, who love what we do and the people we get to work with. We have lived in the Nashville/Franklin area since 2010 and fell in love with this city right away. While JC is high-energy, outgoing, and results-driven, Sarah is thoughtful and attentive. We are focused on using our knowledge of the market to help our clients get the best possible outcome, whether buying or selling.
JC is a go-getter; he will negotiate, help find contractors, and fight for the best interest of his clients. Sarah helps figure out exactly what a client wants and provides the research and data to help with listing or writing a contract on your new home. Together, we will go above and beyond so that our clients have an extraordinary experience. Regardless of price point or type of property, we can help you through it all. After years of working with buyers, sellers, new construction, developers, investors, and those relocating to the Nashville area, we are confident that we can help you with all your real estate needs. To Whom It May Concern

We are writing this letter in support of JC and Sarah Connolly who helped us get into our first home in August 2016. We met the Connolly’s years prior while we were still renting and couldn’t help but form a friendship. These two are undeniably personable, always willing to help you, and not to mention a lot of fun! As we got closer to being ready to start looking for our first home we knew right away they would be our chosen dream team to get the job done.

We looked at numerous homes over the span of weeks. Not because they were not showing us the “right home” but because we were still trying to figure out what we wanted and agree on what we couldn’t live without. They were so patient through the whole thing and encouraged us to make sure we got what we wanted and did not rush into a home “just because.”

Once we found our home we realized it was for sale by owner and this came with a whole lot of complexities. The Connolly’s assured us that they would take care of it and they did not disappoint. JC’s a total go getter that loves people and Sarah is relatable and extremely detail-oriented. You feel like you are getting such a deal by having two realtors all packaged up in one! They worked relentlessly to get us into our home even earlier than expected.
